RECIPE OF THE WEEK


I love venison!! It's very lean. That bein' said, DON'T OVER COOK IT! If ya do, it'll be tough as boot leather. 
Also, I use organic corn tortillas with these and, if you ya use a store bought salsa, make sure that you read the label. There are some that have as much sodium as a salt mine.
